Port & Place
Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Port & Place collects when you make an enquiry, why we collect it and how it is looked after.
Who we are
Port & Place is an independent travel planning and booking service based in Scotland, working with customers throughout the UK. Full trading details and data controller information will be confirmed here before publication.

What we collect
When you complete the Plan My Trip form we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method and the information about the trip you're considering, including travel dates, travellers, budget guidance and preferences.
If you choose to share research you've already done — a link, a quote you've received, an itinerary or an uploaded document — we collect that too. Uploads are stored securely and used only to help with your enquiry. They are never used for marketing. Please don't send passports, payment card details or other sensitive documents.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to arrange your travel. Completing the enquiry form does not add you to any marketing list — that is a separate, optional choice.
Sharing your information
Where you choose to book, relevant details are shared with the travel suppliers and travel partner arrangements required to make that booking. Specific partner and host-agency detail will be added here once confirmed.
